Rudi Dietrich war der wohl einflussreichste Züri Punk. Mit seiner Band Nasal Boys war er ganz von Anfang dabei und suchte unter dem Namen Expo den Durchbruch. Weil er sich mit dem kommerziellen Ausverkauf und dem Major Label CBS nicht abfinden mochte, verliess er die Band 1978. Seine erste Solo-Single „No Claim With Bluff And Swindle“ war eine Abrechnung mit dem Business und wurde von CBS prompt torpediert. Heute gilt „No CBS“ als früher Indie-Klassiker.
