Die Single ist zehn Wochen auf Platz eins der Schweizer Hitparade und verkauft sich weltweit. Einer der grössten Schweizer Hits.
Walty Anselmo’s involvement in his biggest hit on record was not widely noticed. Walty played mouthbow on „Grüezi wohl Frau Stirnimaa!“, the debut 45 by Zurich Hippie folksters The Minstrels. The single was No. 1 in the Swiss charts for 10 weeks and it also sold well internationally. One of the biggest Swiss Hits.

Jonas C. Haefeli war mit dem Anselmo Trend als Schlagzeuger am Monsterkonzert aufgetreten. Seit den Siebzigerjahren spezialisiert sich der Multiinstrumentalist (u.a. Flöte, Keyboards) auf Film- und Theatermusik. Für den Soundtrack zu Xavier Kollers Film „Hannibal“ holt Haefeli seinen einstigen Bandleader als Sessionmusiker ins Studio.
Jonas C. Haefeli originally was a jazzman and then the drummer for Anselmo Trend (in 1968 he played the Monsterkonzert with them). From the Seventies onwards he specialized in film- and theatre music. For the 1972 soundtrack to (later Oscar winner) Xavier Koller’s film „Hannibal“ he brought his former band leader Walty Anselmo to the studio.

Progressives Album des Berner Musikers Tommy Fortmann, der in der deutschen Studioszene Fuss fassen kann. Produziert von Gerd Augustin, aufgenommen von Dieter Dirks. Fortmanns originale Band Demon Thor hat sich in alle Winde zerstreut - nun spielen Krokodil die Instrumenalparts ein. Eimmal mehr werden die Musiker aus vertraglichen Gründen nicht genannt - auf dem Bandfoto im Foldoutcover kann man sie erkennen, wenn man weiss, was Sache ist.
Krokodil played the backings for this progressive album by Bernese musician Tommy Fortmann, who had a lot of contacts in the German music biz. Krokodil can be spotted on the photo in the foldout cover but again were net credited - apparently due to contractual reasons.

Folkige Mundartplatte des einstigen Swiss Beatle Toni Vescoli. Aufgenommen im Studio des Jazz- und Elektronikmusiker Bruno Spoerri, der später auch Mitglied bei der Im Bode Bänd ist, wo Walty Anselmo mitspielt. Neben Walty Anselmo am Bass wirken etwas Ex-Sauterelle Düde Dürst am Schlagzeug und Max Laesser an der Gitarre mit.

Hand In Hand, die Band seines Freunds und musikalischen Wegbegleiters Hardy Hepp, wird immer wieder neu besetzt. Für diese Single lädt Hardy Hepp auch die ehemaligen Mit-Krokodile Walty Anselmo und Düde Dürst ins Studio ein. Die Single-Tracks erscheinen 1992 auch auf dem ersten Album des Heppchors, das aus vier verschiedenen Sessions zusammengestellt wird.
Hand In Hand, the band of Walty’s longtime friend an collaborator Hardy Hepp, often changed it’s lineup. For this 45, Hardy also invited his old Krokodil mates Walty Anselmo and Düde Dürst. The single tracks were later released on the debut album of Hardy Hepp’s female choir Heppchor, that consisted of tracks from four different recording sessions.
